Terms and Conditions

By accessing the Beer Lao Web Site, you acknowledge this notice and agree, without modification, to all the terms and conditions set out below (collectively called the "Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, you should immediately discontinue using this site. Except where stated otherwise, the term "Milestonepoint Ltd" used in the Terms and Conditions includes Milestonepoint Limited and its licensees and their respective officers, directors, employees, suppliers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns.

Order Dispatch

• Deliveries are often made within 5 working days but please allow up to 18 working days for delivery.
• If you live in the Highlands, or offshore, delivery will take longer and cost more.

Prices
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices shown on this site are subject to change in line with market values and currency fluctuations. All prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Payment
Orders must be accompanied by either details of a valid credit card or debit card, or be accompanied by a cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Milestonepoint Limited.

Delivery
Deliveries are often made within 5 working days but please allow up to 18 working days for delivery. There is an extra charge for delivery to the Scottish Highlands. Postcode areas PH, IV, KW, FK 19-20, PA, AB 31-56 are all subject to an additional charge as are deliveries to the Scilly Isles, usually around £10 for a standard case of 24 beers. Please contact us by email or phone for any enquiries.
Dispatch and delivery can be subject to stock availability. If you have a deadline for delivery please advise us at the time of ordering, and please include a contact number so we can advise you if there is a problem. Any time or date given for delivery is an estimate only. Although we will make every effort to ensure delivery times are met, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within a stated time.

Title
Title is retained with Milestonepoint Limited until payment in full is received, and until the customer takes final delivery of the goods.

Product Specifications
We supply Beer Lao in cases of 24 x 330ml bottles and 12 x 640ml bottles. Our minimum order quantity is 2 cases. We make every effort to supply the bottle size that is requested, we do reserve the right to supply the alternative bottle size, however you will be asked if this is okay.

Damage in Transit
Milestonepoint Limited shall replace, free of charge, goods lost or damaged in transit, providing that the Buyer shall:

1. Give us notice by telephone or by fax or by mail or by e-mail, confirming the nature of loss and damage within three days of delivery, and
2. Where the goods are delivered by outside carriers comply with such carrier's condition of carriage for notification of such claims.

Force Majeure
Milestonepoint Limited shall not be liable for the failure to fulfill any terms of any transaction governed by these conditions of sale if fulfillment has been delayed, hindered or prevented by any circumstances whatsoever which is not directly within its control.

Law
This contract shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Age of Customer
Customers must be over 18 years of age. Orders will not be accepted from anyone under 18.

Returned Goods
Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for whatever reason. The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customers responsibility.
